Chef Sam Chen Presents Special Menu at Philadelphia Museum of Art May 5-7

In honor of Asian American & Pacific Islander Heritage Month, Constellation Culinary Group and the Philadelphia Museum of Art are pleased to welcome chef Sam Chen as the next featured chef for their Chef in Residence series! Chef Sam Chen will present a special menu, available from May 5th through May 7th (11:30am to 2:30pm) only at the Philadelphia Museum of Art’s café space.

Menu will include:

Bao buns – choice of one (1 for $7) or two (2 for $13):
Pulled Pork (teriyaki sauce and coleslaw)
Mongolian Beef (soy garlic sauce and spicy cabbage)

Asian Nachos (beef, beans, pickled onions, jalapeños, spicy aioli, cheese and wonton chips) $15

Vegetarian Asian Nachos (pickled onion, jalapeños, spicy aioli, sour cream, cheese and wonton chips) $12
