For one night, guests get to put themselves in the shoes of a detective and indulge in a night of entertainment, mystery and more. Starting on May 6 and ending on August 27, Murder at the Moulin will be performed at the brand new Red Rūm Theater, located in the Curtis Atrium, at 601 Walnut St, Philadelphia, PA 19106.
The show focuses on the story of both the Moulin Bleu and its newest rivalry down the street, the Moulin Rouge. Characters, Monsieur and Mademoiselle Ennui, work together in trying to save their beloved Moulin Bleu even though it’s not as easy as it may seem. During this hour and a half performance, audience members get to solve the mystery, enjoy a cocktail, and be encapsulated in the delight of dancing and iconic banter. By the end of the performance, the audience will try to solve the case and guess whodunnit. One winner will win a prize and even be featured on the company’s “Mugshot” wall!
Their first show at the Red Rūm Theater, Golden Girls, opened January 20th and is currently running until April 28th. Shortly after that, the glitz and glam of the Red Rūm Theater will bring Paris to the City of Brotherly Love, every Friday and Saturday at 8 p.m. and every Sunday at 3 p.m. Tickets for Murder at the Moulin start at $35 for a general admission ticket, but for $75, guests can purchase a VIP ticket which includes one cocktail, premium seating, a 5 pack of clues (includes The Jacques, The Fanta, The Henri, The Christopher, The Fifi) and a skip the line pass.
