Traditional or not (look for pizza, sushi, pickles, and vegetarian options below too), there are plenty of places to enjoy a Feast of the Seven Fishes with your family this Christmas season. Visit restaurant websites or call for menu details, reservations, or to order take-out meals in advance.

Course 3: Choice of Spaghetti & Crab, Seafood Brodetto (monkfish, shrimp, clams, mussels, fregola sarda, crostini) or Bistecca Alla Fiorentina (bone-in ribeye, rosemary potatoes, salsa verde, bone marrow butter)
Dessert: Assorted Cookies for the table (cannoli, rainbow cookies, butter pecan balls, pignoli, pizzelles)

Fully prepared and ready for take out, the menu includes options in various sizes for the whole family. Look for calimari, scallops, crab cakes, flounder, and much more.

Heavy Metal Sausage Co. will host four Feast of The Seven Fishes dinners from December 20-23, with two seatings each night, featuring 13 dishes and dessert served family style at $100 per person.

Fishtown Pickle Project (Feast of the 7 Pickles)
Fishtown Pickle Project will partner with Paffuto Philly and Mural City Cellars to present the Feast of the Seven Pickles: Gabagool Edition. This year’s Feast will see a new menu featuring seven pickle-centric, Italian-themed small plates in collaboration with Paffuto Philly, the culinary team of Jake Loeffler and Dan Griffiths that serves up fine Italian eats and treats. The menu will include charcuterie, caprese, arancini, pasta, seafood and desserts utilizing locally sourced ingredients, along with innovative pickled fare.

There will be four timed seatings (90 minutes each), beginning at 5 p.m., with the final seating at 9:30 p.m.
Mural City Cellars’ pop-up location at 2146 E. Susquehanna Street in Fishtown.
Tickets are $55 apiece, with a 3-glass wine pairing option for an additional $20.
A portion of proceeds from all sales will benefit Philabundance on behalf of Preston & Steve’s Camp Out for Hunger on WMMR. 

Fitz on 4th (Feast of the 7 Vegetables)
This family-owned and operated 100% vegan restaurant in Queen Village will offer a full 7 course prix fixe menu, with an optional wine pairing available. Courses include King Oyster Cioppino, Roasted Beet Spinach Salad, Edamame Dumplings, Tri-Potato Galette, Carrot Taco with Cranberry salsa, Portobello Slider, Butternut Squash Risotto.

Chef Marcie Turney & Valerie Safran’s Italian-American restaurant located in the heart of Midtown Village will offer their annual special Feast of The Seven Fishes menu. For more than five or so years, they’ve offered this menu during the holiday season and it’s become a guest favorite. The menu includes baked clams, warm seafood salad, fritto misto, octopus, shrimp scampi and others.

Positano Coast will be celebrating Christmas Eve with a traditional Feast of Seven Fishes which will showcase fresh fish, mussels, clams, shrimp, octopus and more. Plus look for Chef’s special a la carte menu will also be available for dine-in or take-out and take-out platters and specialties.

Pizza of the 7 Fishes features mozzarella topped with clams, mussels, shrimp, tuna, crab meat and sardine all sauteed with fresh olive oil and garlic, and topped with anchovies, fresh lemon and basil. Pizza of the 7 Fishes will be available until Christmas Eve (December 24th) in small, large and gluten free. The Dilks also brings back a family tradition for your family to share – Seafood Caesar with romaine, shaved parmigiano-reggiano, house-made Caesar dressing, sauteed shrimp and crab meat; featuring house-made croutons by special order.
