Icebox Cake

Ingredients
1 box vanilla instant pudding mix (I prefer Jell-O brand)
1 box chocolate instant pudding mix
1 box of Nilla Wafers
1/2 container of Cool Whip
3 bananas, sliced

Directions
Defrost Cool Whip 2-3 hours prior to assembling cake. Prepare pudding mixes according to package directions. Keep flavors separate, in their own bowls. Crush 1/2 box of Nilla Wafers into fine crumbs by hand or in food processor. Apply a layer of one of the pudding flavors on the bottom of a 9 x 13 baking dish (I like a clear Pyrex so I can see the layers). Top with 1/2 of a sliced banana. Sprinkle wafer crumbs on top of the layer. Continue alternating layers with pudding, bananas, and wafer crumbs. (I alternate pudding flavors, but you can mix them together or do half and half per layer. Be creative!). Sprinkle top with crushed wafer crumbs.

Optional: Top with 1/2 container of Cool Whip. Refrigerate for 2-3 hours. Best served cold, straight from the icebox! Enjoy!
