New Summer Bar Menu at Forsythia is Available Now!

Just in time for Memorial Day, the “Philly French” culinary destination Forsythia just launched their new Summer Bar Menu yesterday, May 23rd. The menu, approachable yet sophisticated, from Chef Christopher Kearse and his team will present an array of bites from land and sea including:

Soft-Shell Crab BLT with heirloom tomato, double smoked bacon, and sauce gribiche
Parisian gnocchi with blue crab, summer squash, and crab fat butter
Royale with Cheese– Forsythia’s iconic burger featuring a double smash patty, comeback sauce, comté, onion jam, and house pickles.

Focused heavily on utilizing top-tier seasonal ingredients and serving them in unique and delightful ways, Forsythia captures the essence of seasonal cuisine with a French twist.

The Summer Bar Menu is available daily from 7 p.m. to close. A full menu is also available at the bar.
