Pizzeria Stella will kick off their pizza making classes on Thursday, April 25, at 8 p.m. The class begins with light snacks and beverages in Bar Stella, then moves to the Pizza Counter where Executive Chef Allen Carringer will lead a brief history of pizza as well as what makes the pies at Pizzeria Stella so special. Next guests will be able to stretch and top their own pizzas under the direction of Chef Allen before they are baked in the 900-degree pizza oven.
Guests can continue to socialize while they enjoy gelato and additional beverages before they are sent home with a pizza dough and sauce care package so they can show off their newly acquired skills at home. Tickets are available $75 (not inclusive of tax and gratuity) and can be purchased here.
