Occasionette, the independent, woman-owned and operated gifts and goods retailer known for wonderfully creative and inspired gifting will be holding its largest ever Annual Spring Warehouse Sale from the Collingswood shop warehouse on Saturday, May 27 from 9am to sell out. The sale comes on the heels of Occasionette’s 10th anniversary and in tandem with the 42nd Annual May Fair, and will feature an abundance of gifts and goods on discount, including candles, greeting cards, baby and children gifts, houseware, cookbooks, towels, and more. Guests can look forward to items on clearance for up to 90% off retail price, with many goods on sale for just $5.
Since its founding by Owner and Creative Director Sara Villari a decade ago, Occasionette has taken a community driven approach to business, including hosting sip & shops, donating to local non-profits, and participating in neighborhood festivals. The Annual Spring Warehouse Sale is a particularly beloved event among Occasionette’s loyal customer base, and Villari is thrilled to have it back in the warehouse proper after two years of working around the pandemic.
“There’s a magical feeling you get, walking in to a huge warehouse space full of fun and exciting things to peruse,” says Villari, “During the height of the pandemic we held the sale in a tent in the driveway and it wasn’t the same. I’m thrilled that the warehouse is back.”
Collingswood’s May Fair celebration will run on Saturday, May 27 from 10am – 5pm and feature art, music, and activities for all ages from 200+ vendors. An estimated 50,000 people were in attendance for the 2022 May Fair and Occasionette’s Annual Spring Warehouse Sale historically sells out fast, so early bird shopping is recommended.
Hours of operation for all Occasionette shops are Monday through Saturday from 11am – 7pm, and Sunday from 11am – 5pm.
