Vegan pop up at Philadelphia Museum of Art this weekend!

In partnership with Constellation Culinary Group, the Philadelphia Museum of Art is proud to welcome one of Philadelphia’s top vegan chefs as the latest featured chef in their pop up series. Alison Fitzpatrick is co-owner & chef at Fitz on 4th, a local family owned and operated, 100% vegan tapas-style restaurant and cocktail lounge located in Queen Village.

Alison’s menu will focus on seasonal, sustainable (and of course, vegan!) dishes, available for one-weekend only (3/31 – 4/2) as part of the museum’s Chef in Residence series, aimed at highlighting and uplifting culinary talent in Philadelphia.

·       When: 11:30 – 2:30 pm on Friday, 3/31, Saturday, 4/1 and Sunday, 4/2

·       Where: Philadelphia Museum of Art – Café space on the first floor

·       What: 100% vegan, sustainable, locally sourced menu popup

Menu:

Faux Fish Tacos | king oyster seasoned to perfection, cilantro slaw, mango salsa, crema (vegan) $12

Buffalo Cauliflower Tacos | pickled onion, radicchio, sofrito & ranch dressing (vegan)

Mushroom & Walnut Tacos | Fitz on 4th Signature | black beans, cabbage slaw, pico & roasted verde salsa (contains nuts, vegan)

Guac & Chips | house made guacamole, sofrito (vegan)

Caesar Salad | traditional with a twist! | pepitas, pickled onion (contains gluten, vegan)
