Come out and brunch in the land of Oz as Positano Coast transforms itself into the Emerald City on Sunday, January 29, 2023, from 11:30am to 3:00pm. Enjoy an Emerald City vibe with photo stations, decor, costumes, themed cocktails, food features and music by DJ Kiko. Themed cocktails for Wizard of Oz Brunch will be $13 each and feature:
A Horse of a Different Color –
(Gin, Chartreuse, Ginger, Lemon, Blue Ice)
A color changing Last Word riff coined after it’s equine namesake. Fun fact: horses generally enjoy the taste of ginger very much.
The Smell of the Flowers is Killing us All –
(Bourbon, Honey-Poppy Syrup, Cardamom; stirred; or shaken with lemon)
Words of warning from the Cowardly Lion as our band of travelers made their way through the Deadly Poppy Field. They were really just getting a little high on opium.
Green Lemonade Paid for with Green Pennies –
(Tequila, Crème de Menthe, Lemon, Mint)
“At one place a man was selling green lemonade, and when the children bought it Dorothy could see that they paid for it with green pennies.” Unfortunately our version is not child friendly, but don’t worry, we’ll provide the green pennies.
Lollipop Guild –
(Vodka, Passionfruit Cordial, Watermelon Liqueur)
There are theories about what exactly the Lollipop Guild represented in Baum’s writing, so we’ll choose to take the name literally – Lollipops! Sweet and tropical and, yes, it comes with a lollipop.

For March, get ready for a trip back to Roman times as the Toga Brunch debuts on Sunday, March 26th. Look for April, May and June themes to be announced later in spring.
All themed brunches will run from 11:30am and 3:00pm, and exclusive themed cocktails, selfie and photo stations, food features and brunch tunes with a twist. Look for some of the staff in costume, and patrons are welcome to join the fun by wearing clothing, accessories or a costume to tie-in with each month’s theme – but it is optional, of course. Theme cocktails, DJ and other details for each month’s event will be announced two weeks before the event.
On top of the new monthly brunch series, Positano Coast will debut three new weekly winter happening menus – all launching February 1st:
