Borgata’s Old Homestead Steak House Returns with Cut-to-Perfection Design

Old Homestead Steak House, revered for its 100-year heritage of serving the finest cuts of beef, will reopen its doors at Borgata Hotel Casino & Spa on Thursday, December 22. The beloved dining destination will welcome guests back to a newly designed dining room and expanded bar, along with its legendary food and beverage menu. 

“Old Homestead has been synonymous with the Borgata experience since we first opened our doors,” said the resort’s Vice President of Hospitality, Anthony Caratozzolo. “This beautiful redesign brings a new vibe and energy to the guest experience from the moment of arrival to the conclusion of the meal. I think the restaurant team is as excited to welcome our guests back as they are to return.”

Located steps from the excitement of Borgata’s gaming floor, the updated design takes inspiration from Old Homestead’s flagship location in New York, with original artwork and photography adorning the walls of the multi-floor dining room. Traditional paneling is complemented by hues of red, gold and warm browns, creating an inviting backdrop for the restaurant’s classic menu of steaks, seafood and sides. 

Guests can enjoy Old Homestead’s unrivaled cocktail program in the newly expanded bar or the lounge’s plush red leather booths. Popular libations include the Sherry Special, which combines Woodford Reserve Bourbon and Cointreau with a dash of Chardonnay and finished with a champagne float; or the Blue Crush, reminiscent of a day on the water, made with Blueberry Brandy, Blueberry liqueur and club soda.
