Constellation Culinary Group welcomes Chef Sam Chen of Bao & Bun Studio for a one-weekend (11/4 – 11/6) popup at the Philadelphia Museum of Art

Constellation Culinary Group is pleased to welcome Chef Sam Chen of Bao & Bun Studio for a special, one-weekend only (11/4 – 11/6) popup at the Philadelphia Museum of Art. Chef Chen is the latest in the museum’s Chef-in-Residence series, which aims to promote a diverse mix of up and coming local chefs. With over 20 years of industry experience, Chen is now the chef & owner of Bao & Bun Studio, where he serves food that’s a fusion of classic traditional with western sensibilities. He’ll be popping up to offer three special Bao Buns, available at the museum for a limited time (11/4 – 11/6).

Chef Sam Chen x Philadelphia Museum of Art

·       Dates: Friday, November 4th – Sunday, November 6th

·       Time: 11:30 am – 2:30 pm

·       Location: Philadelphia Museum of Art, in the Café space

·       Menu: Bao buns – choice of two (2) or three (3)

Special boa buns that will be available include:

o   Mongolian Beef (soy honey glaze, spicy shallot, cilantro)

o   Pulled Pork (hoisin glaze, coleslaw)

o   Black Truffle Tofu (sauteed mushrooms, black truffle sauce)

Tickets to the museum are required ($25 per adult / pay as you wish on Sundays)
