The Concert: A Tribute To ABBA comes to Rivers Casino

Prepare to be dazzled when The Concert: A Tribute To ABBA performs the band’s iconic hits, including “Mamma Mia,” “Dancing Queen” and more at Rivers Casino Philadelphia on Saturday, Oct. 1, starting at 8 p.m. Tickets for The Event Center concert start at $29 and go on sale Friday, July 22, at 10 a.m.

21st Century Artists Inc. has been presenting its ABBA tribute show — previously known as ABBA The Music, ABBA The Concert and ABBA The Hits — throughout North America for over a decade. Audiences everywhere have said this show is the closest to ABBA you will ever get, as it brings one of the greatest pop phenomena back to life.

“We’re excited to host The Concert: A Tribute To ABBA experience in our Event Center,” said Justin Moore, general manager of Rivers Casino Philadelphia. “The crowd will be dancing and singing through the night to this ultimate tribute celebration.”

The Concert: A Tribute To ABBA has had many successful U.S. tours, including sold-out shows at the famous Hollywood Bowl in Los Angeles; the Sunrise Theatre in Fort Pierce, Florida; the Kravis Center in West Palm Beach, Florida; and at Wolf Trap in Vienna, Virginia. Their show continues to be the top ABBA tribute group in the world, wowing crowds with their fantastic performances of smash hits like “Gimme, Gimmie, Gimmie” and “Waterloo.”

The Concert: A Tribute To ABBA is part of the upcoming entertainment at Rivers Casino, which is scheduled as follows:

  • 8/20: Jonathan Butler and Gerald Albright
  • 8/26: Gloria Gaynor
  • 9/2: Kathy Sledge of Sister Sledge and the “We Are Family” Tour
  • 9/3: Chingy
  • 9/17: DJ Jazzy Jeff
  • 9/24: Southside Johnny and the Asbury Jukes
  • 10/1: The Concert: A Tribute To ABBA
