Warm weather is finally here and to get us into the mood for the new season, we were invited to Dave and Buster’s to check out their new summer-inspired menu. When it’s too hot to be outside, you can head to Dave and Buster’s for cool, indoor games while enjoying food that makes you feel like you’re somewhere tropical…

Dave and Buster’s private Bridgeside Room overlooks the water with beautiful views. This is a good spot for an intimate gathering. A small bar is just outside of the doors too! This is where we had the ability to try Dave and Buster’s refreshing summer drinks…

I tried the Blood Orange Paloma (my favorite of the evening) and the Dangerous Waters which includes one of my go-to cocktail ingredients- coconut rum!

If you’re just up for some drinks and light bites, there are a bunch of new ones to choose from this summer. Personally, I loved the bbq chicken flat bread and the tortilla chips with fresh ingredients like shrimp and avocado.
For entrees, it will be hard to choose! I had to pass up the spicy taco burger (which is topped with a mini taco!) because the fire-grilled salmon was calling my name. Also pretty great- the crispy Hawaiian chicken sandwich with hand battered Karaage-style chicken tenders.

And you will absolutely want to save room for dessert (it’s okay to not share!). If you can only pick one, you’ll want to go with the Cinnamon Toast Crunch fried ice cream…with Mike’s Hot Honey! But honestly, the chocolate cake and strawberry short cake were amazing too. Get that sugar rush in before heading to the arcade.

Dave and Buster’s introduced 10 new, never-before-seen interactive games this summer including Dodgeball, Wicked Tuna, Pac-Man Battle Royale Championship and some virtual reality experiences like Transformers Decepticon Invasion, Top Gun: Maverick, and Jurassic World: Dominion. These will keep you busy for hours. For me, I like spinny wheels and flashing lights, and throwing stuff! So you’ll find me in front of these two next time, with a little bit of dodgeball mixed in!

The Dave and Buster’s on Columbus Blvd. is a huge space- plenty of dining areas, tons of games (of course), and a parking garage. Whether you want to just shoot some pool, plan an event, celebrate with a few friends and drinks, or have fun with your kids- this is a great, versatile place!
Thanks for having us!
