Culinary Offerings for Thanksgiving at Borgata

Borgata Hotel Casino & Spa welcomes guests to celebrate Thanksgiving with family and friends over festive chef-curated holiday meals served at four of the resort’s fine and casual dining restaurants, including American Bar & Grille, Angeline, Old Homestead Steak House and The Metropolitan. On Thursday, Nov. 25, custom menus with traditional Thanksgiving cuisine allows diners to indulge in sweet and savory favorites while spending quality time reminiscing with loved ones. Reservations are recommended and can be made online by visiting theborgata.com.

Additional offerings perfect for any Thanksgiving feast include Borgata’s exclusive selection of freshly baked pies available each year for pre-order from Borgata Baking Company. Delicious desserts include Pumpkin Pie ($16), Apple Crumb ($18), Pecan Pie ($18) and New York Cheesecake ($22). Pre-orders are being taken in-person at Borgata Baking Company inside the resort between Monday, Nov. 8 and Saturday, Nov. 20 for pick up beginning Tuesday, Nov. 23.

Specialty Thanksgiving Menus: 

American Bar & Grille
Curated by Executive Chef Aram Mardigian, American Bar & Grille will serve a three-course  menu featuring a choice between Pumpkin Soup with marshmallow cream or Baby Gem Salad topped with local apples, candied walnuts and pomegranate seeds tossed in PT Reyes Blue Cheese; Turkey Dinner with roasted turkey breast, smoked turkey sausage, cranberry compote, sausage stuffing, mashed potatoes and natural gravy; and a choice between Maple Pecan Pie topped with cinnamon mascarpone and caramel, or Pumpkin Pie topped with cinnamon whipped cream and bourbon caramel. Cost: $42 per person. Thanksgiving Day hours of operation are 4 p.m. to 9:30 p.m.

Angeline
Michael Symon’s Angeline is serving an Italian-inspired three-course menu starting with a choice between the restaurant’s popular Minestrone Soup or Classic Caesar Salad. Dinner will serve Roasted Turkey Breast with fennel gravy, complemented by turkeyconfit stuffing with wild mushrooms, creamy polenta and cranberry chutney; plus a choice of Pumpkin Tiramisu or a Cannoli. Price: $42 per person. Thanksgiving Day hours of operation are 4 p.m. to 9:30 p.m.

Old Homestead Steakhouse
Old Homestead Steakhouse will serve a decadent four-course dinner featuring Jersey Fresh Butternut Squash Soup topped with candied walnuts; Spinach Salad topped with granny smith apples, Texas pecans and feta tossed with maple cider vinaigrette; Carved Turkey Breast served with apple poppy and calvados stuffing, French green beans almondine, mashed sweet potatoes and marshmallows, cranberry sauce and giblet gravy; and a choice of Country Style Pecan Pie or Pumpkin Pie. Price: $65 per person. Thanksgiving Day hours of operation are 4 p.m. to 10 p.m.

The Metropolitan
The Metropolitan will be serving a festive three-course meal with all the fixings including a Salad starter with mixed greens topped with baby heirloom tomatoes, goat cheese, walnuts and dried cranberries tossed in a maple balsamic dressing; Turkey Dinner favorites, roasted turkey, traditional stuffing, mashed potatoes, candied sweet potato, giblet gravy, green bean casserole, buttermilk biscuit, cornbread and a house made cranberry sauce; and choice of dessert, either Classic Pumpkin PieCranberry Cheesecake or Pecan Pie. Guests can also cheers to the holiday with a $5 “Bubble Special.” Price: $31 per person. Thanksgiving Day hours of operation are 4 p.m. to 10 p.m.

Borgata Buffet
Borgata’s all-you-can-eat dining experience will also be open for dinner only on Thanksgiving Day from noon to 9 p.m. Price: $35.95 per person.
