At The Table Celebrates Eight-Year Anniversary with One-Night-Only Eight-Course Dinner & Cocktail Hour

At The Table, Wayne’s award-winning fine-dining restaurant led by chefs Alex Hardy and Tara Buzan-Hardy, is thrilled to commemorate its eight-year anniversary with a celebratory and exclusive eight-course tasting menu highlighting fan-favorite dishes from the past eight years, slated for Sunday, November 17 with one seating at 7pm, immediately following a complimentary cocktail hour. 

This elegant evening kicks off with a cocktail hour from 6-6:30pm where guests can mingle and enjoy glasses of bubbly and expertly crafted passed hors d’oeuvres in a relaxed yet sophisticated setting. At 7pm, the celebration continues with dinner that offers a thoughtfully curated menu of signature dishes that have come to define At The Table’s exceptional approach to modern cuisine.

First Course

Tuna Tartare Fried Wonton, Pickled Bahn Mi Vegetables, Kimchee Aioli, Avocado Mousse

Third Course

Fourth Course
Hudson Valley Foie Gras Prosciutto Onion Soubise, Pickled Mustard Seeds, Winter Spices, Vermont Maple Port Reduction

Fifth Course
Hokkaido Scallops Maitake Mushrooms, Mushroom Duxelles, Caviar Champagne Emulsion

Sixth Course
Lettuce Ice Salad Granita Spinach, Arugula, Romaine, Red Wine Vinegar, Olive Oil

Seventh Course
Coffee-Rubbed Venison Celery Root Purée, Braised Swiss Chard, Crunchy Parsnips, 72-hour Red Wine Reduction

Eighth Course
Chocolate Pots de Crème Fresh Berries, Gold Leaf, Chantilly Whipped Cream

This highly anticipated event will highlight the best of what the restaurant has to offer, from exquisite seafood to indulgent meats, and is priced at $175 per person, with an optional wine pairing available. Reservations are highly encouraged and can be made via Tock.
