Menu Highlights
Along with new dishes, the fall menu features Forsythia staples such as the 10-Day Dry Aged Duck for Two- which is also available for takeout for the holidays. A modern take on the classic duck confit, Chef Kearse’s version features Rohan duck breasts, confit wings, caramelized endive, satsuma, pistachio, and sauce a l’orange. A new highlight, the Poulet A La Crème is a indulgent dish featuring black truffle-chicken leg presse, king trumpet mushrooms, pearl onions, and celery root. Seafood fans can enjoy the seasonal flavors with the Hokkaido Scallop Crudo featuring a cider emulsion, hazelnut gremolata, kohlrabi, and finger limes.
The perfect ending to any cozy fall evening, new dessert features include the Baba Au Rhum. A French twist on bread pudding, this dish features rum-soaked brioche, pumpkin spice cremeux, and pomegranate.
Much like the beautiful weather, these items are available for a limited time. For the full menu please visit ForsythiaPhilly.com. Reservations can be made on Resy.
