Alchemy X, a premier health and wellness movement studio, is excited to announce the grand opening of its new Navy Yard location at the Alchemy X Grand Opening Celebration. On October 10, 2024, from 4:30 p.m. to 8 p.m., the team behind Alchemy X will welcome the community to experience a new fitness and holistic wellness standard. The new studio is located in one of Philadelphia’s most historic districts at the Vincera Institute (1200 Constitution Ave, Philadelphia, PA 19112).
DaraMarie Adams founded Alchemy X, a wellness studio dedicated to transformation through movement, nourishment, collaboration, and personal growth. After a business and private equity career, she pursued her passion for fitness, holistic wellness, and nutrition by opening a fitness studio in South Philly to help people intuitively move and listen to their bodies. Their new Navy Yard location expands this concept with a new coffee and juice bar.
What makes Alchemy X and its classes unique is Master Instructor and Creator of Synergy Flows, Alexis Guthrie. Guthrie is a former professional dancer with over ten years of fitness experience who brought her movement method, Synergy Flows, to the community. This program provides a space where clients feel seen, supported, and empowered. They can trust that they will receive the highest quality instruction for their overall health and physical success, ultimately embodying Alchemy X’s mission of self-care and renewal.
