Philly PR Girl and presenting sponsor The O’Hara Home Team are pulling out all the stops for this year’s Turkey Day Tailgate, bringing in several local businesses to provide the best in food and entertainment for the one-of-a-kind charity tailgating experience. The 9th annual Turkey Day Tailgate on Sunday, October 13, 2024, from 8 a.m. to 12 p.m. will also feature special guest appearances from Former Philadelphia Eagle Hollis Thomas and The Philly Sports Guy, thanks to Tailgate Sponsor, Philly Sports Trips. Proceeds from the event will go to North Light Community Center.
Thanks to entertainment sponsor iHeartMedia, Q102’s very own Rach On The Radio will be hosting and DJ Nugget will be spinning tunes all day to keep up the excitement.
Philly PR Girl and The O’Hara Home Team are excited to welcome MudHen Brewing Company as a sponsor for this year’s tailgate! MudHen will be bringing their Beer Trailer and serving four types of beer including a Pumpkin Beer and a special green beer in honor of the Birds.
There will also be an incredible selection of food and drinks at Turkey Day Tailgate. Philly Foodworks will be setting up a Harvest Corner including an Apple Cider Bar featuring City Winery bubbles for fall mimosas, Carmel Apple Station, and more. Bimbo Bakeries will be providing breakfast bites all morning. Brooklyn Dumpling Shop PHL will also be at this year’s tailgate with an assortment of dumplings including Thanksgiving dumplings, Mac & Cheese dumplings, and Buffalo Chicken Dumplings. A local team from Party Host Helpers, a women-owned business that started in Philadelphia, will be assisting in food and drink distribution.
To elevate the tailgating experience, Wild Rose Trucker Bar will be selling custom trucker hats with an amazing selection of Eagles-themed patches and an exclusive Turkey Day Tailgate patch. A portion of the proceeds will be donated to this year’s beneficiary, North Light Community Center.
