Panorama Wines Down Summer With Discounted Wine Flights, Half-Priced Glasses and More This August

Panorama, Philadelphia’s enchanting family-owned wine bar and Italian restaurant in the Penn’s View Hotel boasting a Guinness World Record custom-built wine keeper offering over 120 wines on tap, is set to commemorate wine-inspired holidays throughout August. Celebrations will include exclusive offerings for National White Wine Day, International Prosecco Day, and National Pinot Noir Day, as well as a very special installment of Panorama’s Wine Club.

To commence the festivities, on Sunday, August 4, Panorama will toast to National White Wine Day with enticing specials on two meticulously curated White Wine flights. Enthusiasts can delight in $10 off flights featuring a diverse spectrum of white wines sourced from renowned regions worldwide (wines subject to change):

On Tuesday, August 13, in honor of International Prosecco Day, oenophiles can indulge in two Prosecco-forward cocktails. The signature Limoncello Fresco Spritz ($16), a refreshing blend of Homemade Limoncello, Prosecco, Elderflower Liqueur, club soda, and garnished with baby basil, pays homage to owner Luca Sena’s Neapolitan roots and his family’s cherished limoncello recipe. Additionally, the Aperol Hibiscus Spritz ($16), featuring Prosecco, hibiscus bitters, Lillet, Aperol, and club soda, promises a vibrant and sophisticated sip.

Further into the month, Panorama will celebrate National Pinot Noir Day on Sunday, August 18, offering half-priced glasses of Pinot Noir throughout the evening. Guests can also enjoy a special $10 discount on the featured Pinot Noir flight:

To wrap up the festivities, Panorama’s coveted Wine Club invites guests to elevate their wine knowledge with an enriching Wine Class on Sunday, August 25 from 3 pm to 4 pm. This session promises a captivating exploration led by wine expert Tim Schoener of Sera Imports, featuring esteemed labels from the South of France such as Ferraton, Bila Haut, Chauvet Freres, and Chateau Ferrages. Participants will savor exceptional wines while deepening their understanding of this exquisite beverage. Tickets for non-members are $50 per person and can be purchased here.

Panorama Wine Bar is located at 14 N. Front Street within the Penn’s View Hotel. Operating hours are Tuesday – Thursday, 5 pm – 9 pm, Friday 5 pm – 10 pm, Saturday 3 pm – 10 pm, and Sunday 2 pm – 8 pm. Happy Hour is hosted Tuesday through Friday from 4:30 pm to 6:00 pm, and Saturday from 3 pm to 4:30 pm. Please note, Panorama is closed on Mondays.

Wine Club is held exclusively on the last Sunday of each month, 2-5 pm in the Wine Bar with the class starting at 3 pm.
