Art in the Age, the beloved Philadelphia brand that recently reemerged as a spirits company, is pleased to announce a delicious collaboration with The Franklin Fountain, Old City’s iconic ice cream parlor: The spirits company and creamery have teamed up to create a sweet and boozy limited-edition special, dubbed the Ferocious Float ($17.50), made with classic Franklin Root Beer, Art in the Age’s Siege of Wolves Spiced Rum, and a heaping scoop of vanilla ice cream. The Ferocious Float is available just in time for National Ice Cream Day (Sunday, July 21st) – it will be available to order on Saturday, July 20th and Sunday, July 21st from 3 – 7pm.

Fans of Art in the Age are invited to siege the summer and scoop up the collaborative root beer float spiked with Siege of Wolves Spiced Rum. Invoking root beer recipes of yesteryear, Siege of Wolves Spiced Rum boasts notes of chicory and star anise that pair seamlessly with flavors from Franklin’s house-made Root Beer. Customers interested in sampling the rum will have the chance to taste and buy the spirit while waiting in the notorious Franklin line.

Siege of Wolves Spiced Rum ($31.99) is also available for purchase online – just add root beer and vanilla ice cream to recreate the Ferocious Float!

Siege of Wolves Spiced Rum is one of two brand-new Art in the Age spirits rapidly growing in Pennsylvania bars and restaurants, as the brand takes over PA (and beyond) in their new format as a spirits company with their own distilling and bottling facility.
