Barclay Prime – Celebrate National Caviar Day in a sleek and sophisticated setting at Barclay Prime. Inspired by a European library, the chic dining room features comfortable banquettes, marble surfaces, and crystal chandeliers, creating a perfect ambiance for the decadent dish. Barclay Prime will be featuring a caviar special on the 18th including twice-baked marble potato topped with Kaluga caviar for $45. Morimoto – Delight in caviar-topped and infused dishes, including highlights from Morimoto’s new Omakase menu which features a signature caviar bun as the first course. The rich and buttery caviar bun includes house made bao, platinum ossetra caviar, negi cream, unagi, and applewood smoke. The substantial first course makes caviar the star of the dish, presented on a pedestal plate with a cloche removed at the table to reveal an outpouring of applewood smoke. Guests can also find caviar sprinkled throughout Morimoto’s menu, serving as a key ingredient to top their chef-selected sushi offerings.
