Red Owl Tavern, the contemporary kitchen and bar located across from Independence Hall in Old City, invites guests to tighten their corsets and step into a world of elegance and intrigue as they embrace a new season of the beloved Netflix period drama with a limited time ‘Spill the Tea’ menu.

Now through until June 30th, this fresh and exclusive menu draws inspiration from the captivating drama of the Regency era, presenting a selection of refined libations that pay homage to this particular period and popular romance series.

Highlights include The Bee Sting ($16), a blend of Kinsey 4-Year Bourbon, Lemon Verbena Honey Syrup, lemon juice, and Canton ginger, Duel at Dawn ($17), featuring Chai Tea, Diplomatico Mantuano Dark Rum, Mr. Black, and espresso, and Pink Lady ($16), comprised of mint tea-infused Bombay Sapphire, Lillet Rouge, pomegranate, and lemon juice. As an added touch, each beverage is accompanied by a pre-written “gossip card,” sure to stir up scandalous conversations at the table, because as they say, tea is best served HOT.

The new ’Spill the Tea’ offerings are available in addition to Red Owl Tavern’s robust, recently rejuvenated spring food and craft cocktail menus, available daily. Reservations can be made via OpenTable, and walk ins are welcomed.
