At The Table Celebrates Valentine’s Day with Five-Course Tasting Menu

At The Table, Wayne’s award-winning fine-dining restaurant from chefs Alex Hardy and Tara Buzan-Hardy, will be hosting a Valentine’s Day Five-Course Tasting Menu on Wednesday, February 14. 

The husband-wife chef duo invites romantics and epicureans alike to a lovingly curated and intimate dining experience, featuring seasonal ingredients and inventive preparations. The dinner will also feature optional wine pairings for an additional fee, but BYOB-fans can bring their own bottles to enjoy as well, and for no additional corking fees. 

“It’s amazing, doing what you love with the person you love,” shares Chef Alex, “Our joint passion for cuisine has been basis for At The Table since the very beginning, and we’re incredibly grateful to be able to share our love of fine dining with the community.”

At The Table’s Chef Valentine’s Day Five-Course Tasting Menu is priced at $125 per person, with optional wine pairings offered for an additional $65 per person. The meal will begin with complimentary sparkling wine and an amuse bouche of the chef’s preparation, and includes standout dishes such as Maine Lobster Toast layered with truffle lemon aioli, Kaluga Hybrid Caviar, lemon gel, and chives (pairing of Chardonnay ‘Giulla’ Tenute Di Giulio ’19, Italy), Rose Ravioli stuffed with black trumpet mushrooms in a wild mushroom broth (pairing of Trebbiano ‘Gironia Biforno Bianco’ Borgo di Colloredo ’21, Italy), Dorade Royale served with sweet potato puree, roasted mushrooms, figs, Jamón Ibérico, fig jus (pairing of Montepulciano ‘Gironia Biferno Rossa Riserva’ Borgo di Colloredo ’15, Italy), and a Raspberry Chocolate Flourless Torte dressed with rum whipped cream, gold leaf, and coulis.
