With Valentine’s Day quickly approaching, City Winery Philadelphia has prepared a lineup of shows and events perfect for everyone, couples and singles alike. No one is sitting out of the festivities this year because throughout the week of Valentine’s Day, City Winery is hosting a themed drag brunch, a dating game show, a dessert beverage bartending class, an anti-Valentine party, and more.
The first Valentine’s-themed event is on Thursday, February 8, 2024, at 7:30 p.m. as Kaitlin Pagliaro and Kirsten Michelle Cills host Twilight Trivia in The Loft. This free event will feature questions from everyone’s favorite series of fantasy romance novels and movies, and winners can expect tickets to upcoming City Winery parties, brunches, or shows.
Celebrations continue on Sunday, February 11, 2024, at 12 p.m. during the “My Sweet Valentine” Drag Bunch, presented by What’s The Buzz Productions. This dazzling show will feature stunning performances that will captivate and entertain, accompanied by an array of amazing food and drinks.
Then, on Monday, February 12, 2024, at 7:30 p.m., City Winery is calling all the single ladies looking for love to participate in their comedy dating game show in The Loft. Fooling Around – Special Edition: Ladies Choice will feature two dates, single comics, and audience members working together in teams to win prizes, and maybe even love.
Nothing says Valentine’s Day more than a dessert cocktail, so City Winery Philadelphia has put together a bartending class for guests to learn how to make their favorite sweet drinks. Bartending 101 – Sweet Endings will take place on Tuesday, February 13, 2024, at 6:30 p.m. and guests will learn how to make three martini variations: a Flirtini, Espresso Martini, and a Love Tini. The City Winery culinary team will carefully prepare light bites to perfectly complement the experience.
A special concert is planned for Valentine’s Day, Wednesday, February 14, 2024, as acclaimed entertainer Remember Jones takes to the Main Stage for Back to BACK TO BLACK: The Amy Winehouse Celebration. This exciting dedication to the life and music of Amy Winehouse will feature a 12-piece band and revival of the entire 2006 Grammy Award-winning album Back To Black in its entirety, plus many other Amy selections. This performance along with dinner at City Winery is the perfect recipe for an amazing Valentine’s Day with that special someone.
For those not in a relationship who want to get into their feels this Valentine’s Day, City Winery has prepared select shows for the singles and the anti-Valentine’s crowd. EMO Weekend will feature:

- Saturday, February 17, 2024, at 12 p.m.: Emo Brunch with Hunter DeBlanc “Pop Punk Piano Man”
- Saturday, February 17, 2024, at 7:30 p.m.: Unloveable (The Smiths & Morrissey Tribute Band) + Strange Attraction (A Tribute To The Cure)
- Saturday, February 17, 2024, at 7:30 p.m.: Jason Ladanye – Card Magic
Not only will Valentine’s Day be celebrated through amazing performances and parties, but through the delicious menu of food and drinks City Winery has prepared specially for the holiday. The Valentine’s menu will feature Oysters Rockefeller, Swordfish, Tiramisu, and more, and is available February 10, 2024, through February 16, 2024. For $65 per person, guests can enjoy a full meal with expertly paired wine selections.
