Holiday season is quickly approaching, and Without A Cue Productions is setting their stage for Philadelphia’s first ever holiday-themed Murder Mystery performance. Offering a delightful twist on the timeless classic “A Christmas Carol,” “Dickens Of A Murder” brilliantly combines the charm of a holiday tradition with a dash of mystery and murder that promises to be a one-of-a-kind, entertaining show for this upcoming season.
The curtains rise for “Dickens Of A Murder” on Friday, November 17 at The Red Rūm Theater, Without A Cue’s home located right in the heart of Old City Philadelphia. With showtimes at 6 p.m. and 8:30 p.m, this unique performance invites guests to immerse themselves in the magic of the holiday season like never before. The excitement doesn’t end there—following their opening weekend, the show will continue through December 30, making it an ideal addition to one’s holiday festivities. “One of our favorite things to do is really put a creative spin on classic movies and tales”, said Traci Connaughton, Executive Director of Without A Cue. “We can’t wait for guests to get in the Holiday Spirit with Dickens in a way like never before.”
Aside from watching and enjoying the show, guests will be able to take selfies with the cast, snap their very own mugshot, and enjoy cocktails provided by Pops McCann Distillery. At the end of the night, the audience will try to solve this one of a kind mystery, with one fortunate winner receiving a special prize and a coveted spot on the company’s “Mugshot” wall! Please note that this is not a dinner event, but drinks and light desserts are available for purchase throughout the evening.
