PLUS, shoppers can purchase ingredients for Chef-approved recipes perfect for reinventing Thanksgiving leftovers at home, curated by the experts at Di Bruno Bros., and Chefs Aranita and Miller of Poi Dog. All pop-up dates, times, and menu offerings are included below!
- From November 13th to 22nd, at all Di Bruno Bros. locations (sans 9th St.), guests can dig into a Huli Huli Gobbler, an island-inspired take on the iconic Thanksgiving leftovers sandwich. The Huli Huli Turkey Gobbler sandwich ($14.99) features house-roasted turkey, stuffing, cranberry sauce, lettuce, and is served on a fresh roll slathered in a savory, pineapple-forward Poi Dog Huli Huli mayo
- Huli Huli Chicken Wings ($16.99/dozen) A Hawaiian take on the mainland classic

- Poi Dog Chefs Aranita and Miller will be on-site at Di Bruno Bros.’ Wayne location (385 West Lancaster Ave, Wayne PA) on Friday, November 17th from 5 – 8 pm, answering guests’ chef- and Thanksgiving cuisine-related inquiries, while offering samples of Poi Dog Huli Huli Dip and Chili Peppah Water. Specialty menu items will also be available, including:
- Chili Peppah Water Mac and Cheese: featuring a beer cheese sauce made with New School American Cheese, toasted panko, and the traditional Hawaiian table condiment, Poi Dog Chili Peppah Water

Chili Peppah Water Mac & Cheese ($6) — Beer cheese sauce made with New School American Cheese and a Chili Peppah Water kick plus toasted panko
Huli Huli Hot Dog — ($5) An all-beef dog grilled over charcoal topped with Poi Dog Huli Huli sauce, pickled red cabbage and black sesame on a roll

A Di Bruno Bros.’ wine tent boasting new release, Di Bruno & Friends Wine #8 ($12/glass, $24.99/bottle), in collaboration with Division Winemaking Company in Portland, Oregon, will ensure hungry shoppers fill up their carts with the holiday’s most important supplies. The wine is 100% Gamay Noir from Eola Hills in Willamette Valley, OR., and tastes like dark cherry, raspberry, violet, chrysanthemum, and is balanced by great structure and a media-bodied mouth feel. The wine pairs perfectly with the specialty Holiday menu offerings as well as Thanksgiving sides and appetizers.
