For one night only on Sunday, November 12, Stina Pizzeria, the South Philadelphia staple specializing in Mediterranean fare alongside wood-fired pizza, will transform into Aristotle and Kiriaki’s Taverna, a Greek-inspired collaborative pop-up between Chef Kiki Aranita of Poi Dog Sauces, Chef Ari Miller, Chef Bobby Saritsoglou of Stina Pizzeria, and Stina Kitchen. With two seatings at 6pm and 8pm, guests can look forward to a prix-fixe menu boasting eight courses, alongside optional wine pairings from Mural City Cellars. Aranita, Miller, and Stina Pizzeria will be donating 20% of the evening’s profits to SEAMACC, a non-profit organization that supports and serves immigrants and refugees in Philadelphia. Only 22 seats are available per seating — attendees can reserve a spot online for $85 per person, not including tax or gratuity.

The eight-course meal highlights ingredients that will provide a glimpse into Aranita and Miller’s latest adventures and travels. Guests will indulge in a bevy of ingredients that Aranita and Miller have brought home from across globe, including Ras el Hanout from Marrakech’s Jewish Quarter and li hing mui (salted plum) carried back from Hawaii. In addition to ingredients from far-flung locations, the menu will also feature produce grown as close to home as Aranita and Miller’s backyard, where they will be sourcing the fig leaves. Additionally, the Greek-inspired menu will also have a Hawaiian twist courtesy of Chef Kiki Aranita’s line of Hawai’i condiments, Poi Dog Sauces (think: Huli Huli Baby Octopus and Fig Leaf Wrapped Guava Katsu Coppa Roast).

The eight-course menu includes:

Fig Leaf Flatbread: Stina’s famous dough, embossed with fig leaves from Kiki and Ari’s backyard
Gigantes, Tomato, Dried Nepitella
Whipped Farmhouse Feta & Urfa, Roasted Kohlrabi & Sunflower Oil
Bhumi Grower’s Citrus & Fresh Sardines
Halloumi Saganaki & Herbed Honey
Fig Leaf & Moroccan Ras el Hanout Rice & Raisins & Huli Huli (baby) Octopus
Fig Leaf Wrapped Guava Katsu Coppa Roast & Roast Cabbage
Li Hing Mui Portokalopita: Classic Greek dessert of phyllo and orange with a classic Hawaiian kiss
