If you’re looking for something unique to do during spooky season, Without A Cue Productions has curated the perfect interactive show for a fall night out. The Golden Girls are at it again, this time with “A Golden Girls Murder Mystery: A Halloween Caper”! This murder mystery performance seamlessly blends humor and Halloween spirit, all while bringing your cherished 80’s icons to life. “A Golden Girls Murder Mystery: A Halloween Caper” opens on Saturday, September 23rd at The Red Rūm Theater, with shows at 6 p.m and 8:30 p.m. Following opening weekend, the show will run through November 12th. “We are so excited for our Golden Girls to be back in Philly with a brand new version of the show just in time for Halloween,” said Traci Connaughton, Executive Director of Without A Cue. “Guests can expect Halloween themed decor, cocktails, spooky surprises and even a special guest!”
As Rose dresses the room in traditional Halloween decorations and Blanche picks out her cat ears, Dorothy eagerly anticipates a surprise guest…but the surprise might be on her when things don’t work out the way the Golden Girls had hoped. Aside from watching the show, guests will be able to take selfies with the cast, snap their very own mugshot and enjoy cocktails provided by Pops McCan Distillery. At the end of the night, the audience will try to solve the mystery. One lucky winner will be given a prize and be featured on the company’s “Mugshot” wall!
