Pixar Party at This Thursday’s Philly River Stroll

Every Thursday from July through August the central Delaware River Waterfront becomes a festive party, with can’t miss food and drink specials and performances from Spruce Street Harbor Park and Cherry Street Pier to Independence Blue Cross RiverRink Summerfest.  

This week, guests can look forward to a host of exciting programming, including (but not limited to) free art activities and a photo booth led by resident artists Thomcat23 and Philly Otaku, a live DJ performance by DJ Hollywood, presented by Q102, at Spruce Street Harbor Park, and a thematic Pixar Party hosted at Independence Blue Cross RiverRink Summerfest. DJ Riot Nerd will be emceeing the festivities with a curated playlist of Pixar-themed music for attendees to dance to while enjoying animated ambience featuring popular Pixar movie character cut-outs, Pixar-themed balloon art, and other fun surprises!

The event will also feature several themed lemonades that will be available as-is or with a shot of liquor for adults:

• ‘Mater’s Mango Git-R-Done-Ade: Mango lemonade
• Woody’s Wooder-Melon Lemonade: Watermelon lemonade
• To Infinity and Blue Raz!: Blue raspberry lemonade
• Turning Red Panda Lemonade: Cherry lemonade
• “I’ll have a green lemona… SQUIRREL!”: Green apple lemonade
