James Beard Award Winning Iron Chef Jose Garces recently launched a weekend brunch at Amada Radnor (555 E. Lancaster Avenue) every Saturday and Sunday, from 11:00am to 3:00pm. Garces will feature some of his signature, award-winning dishes that have made Amada famous!
The new brunch menu will feature Chef’s famous “Por La Familia Family Style Brunch Menu” that is a fixed price menu at $35 per person. This includes an Amada pastry and bread basket, Tortilla Espanola (potato and onion omelet), and Datiles (bacon-wrapped dates) to share with the table. Each person also gets an individual choice of one brunch entrée, plus shared sides that include Rosti (homemade hashbrowns) and Tocino (thick cut smoked pork belly with espelette glaze.)
A la carte selections include Sangria Pancakes, Crab Benedict, Shakshuka Baked Eggs, Torrijas Fried French Toast, Amada’s Burger and much more. From the bar, look for a special menu of $10 brunch cocktails, plus other signature brunch cocktails, Spanish wines and Gin Tonic Tableside Experience.

The Por La Familia, at $35 a person, is the best way to try so many of the delicious Amada options. It’s hard not to fill up on the bread basket which includes orange & olive oil coffee cake, croissants, mallorcan cheese bread, whipped butter and currant fig jam.

Also to share- Tortilla Espanola (potato and onion omelet), and Datiles. This is all before the main entrees arrive! Here is what we chose…

There are plenty of sweet and savory entrees on the new Amada brunch menu. They can be ordered a la carte. If you do the Por La Familia deal, there are five entrees to choose from. Pictured above is the Fried French Toast (with sidra apples and sherry caramel) and the Jamon Y Mahon Bocadillo (a sandwich on baguette style bread).
Additional sides to share included the Rosti and Tocino:

And if you have room for dessert do it. The outdoor space at Amada Radnor is so nice (especially after a couple very hot days), it felt wrong to leave without hanging out a bit more with another drink and some caramel custard (made with oatmilk and topped with rose-scented strawberries):
