Casino & Hotel Philadelphia, will offer an elevated, chef-driven brunch experience every Sunday from 10:00 a.m. – 2:00 p.m. The program features elevated signature classics that surpass guest expectations and are sure to excite the morning palate.
The newly developed menu features an upscale array of classic-with-a-twist items, including brunch caviar, crab cake eggs benedict, duck confit hash, ciabatta French toast, steak & eggs, a lobster BLT sandwich and more.
The experience transcends into The Prime Rib’s thoughtful beverage program, featuring creative handcrafted cocktails with high-quality ingredients, including the Venetian Sunrise, a chilled espresso drink with Amaro, Kahlua and a skewered cherry, and the Pear Tree Bellini, a fruity-fresh take on the classic prosecco cocktail.
