Sugar Factory Unveils All-New Menu at Locations Nationwide

Named “The most Instagrammable restaurant in the United States,” celebrity hotspot Sugar Factory American Brasserie is introducing all new incredible eats for brunch, lunch and dinner. Known for its decadent eats and over-the-top desserts, guests can try all new menu items at locations across the country this week.

For brunch, guests can find all new insane pancake stacks, including the Cookie Jar Buttermilk Pancake Stack, made with Oreo crumbles, chocolate chips, and cookie bites, and topped with an ice cream cone and a Hershey’s Cookies ‘N Cream chocolate bar, as well as a variety of crepe options, like the S’mores Nutella Crepe, which is covered in Nutella and torched marshmallow fluff, and topped with whipped cream, chocolate pieces, graham cracker crumbs and powdered sugar.

Guests can try mouthwatering waffles, including the Strawberry Cheesecake Stuffed Waffle – a warm waffle stuffed with strawberries and delicious New York Cheesecake, and topped with fresh strawberries, whipped cream and strawberry sauce; as well as Cannoli Stuffed French Toast made with thick slices of brioche bread stuffed with a sweet cannoli, chocolate chip cream and topped with berries, whipped cream, chocolate fudge and chocolate chips. 

Savory options include an array of omelets, including The Sugar Factory Omelet, made with diced ham, aged cheddar, onion, peppers and parsley, and served with home fries; a Cuban Sandwich made with mojo pork, sliced ham, melted swiss cheese, pickles, mustard and served on Cuban bread; The Sugar Factory Monte Cristo – a sweet and savory twist on the classic, layered with ham, turkey and swiss cheese, and dusted with powdered sugar.  

Sugar Factory’s new Insane Iced Coffees are a photo-worthy way to add a caffeine boost to the day. These cold brew based, lavishly-decorated drinks are available in four flavors: Nutella Iced Coffee, served in a Nutella covered glass and topped with toasted marshmallows, whipped cream, cocoa powder, Nutella drizzle and a powdered sugar covered waffle; Cookies & Cream Iced Coffee, made in a fudge and Oreo covered glass and topped with whipped cream, cocoa powder, chocolate sauce, Oreo crumbs and a powdered sugar covered waffle; Salted Caramel Iced Coffee served in a white chocolate covered glass with graham cracker crumbles, whipped cream, salted caramel drizzle and a powdered sugar covered waffle; and the Mocha Iced Coffee made in a fudge covered glass with brownie bites, whipped cream, sprinkled cocoa powder, mocha sauce drizzle and a powdered sugar covered waffle. As well as other colorful coffee options like the Pretty in Pink Latte. 

Start the party with alcoholic offerings like Sugar Factory’s spiked mimosas, a unique take on the brunch classic. Topped with popsicles, flavors include Raspberry Lemon Drop, Mango Mai Tai, Pina Colada, Strawberry Daiquiri, Blueberry Mojito, Watermelon Margarita and Henny Passion Punch. Or, try Sugar Factory’s smoking, oversized Mimosa Popsicle Goblet – made with champagne, fresh orange juice and orange slices topped with gummy bears and gummy cherry champagne popsicles. Guests can also build their own Champagne Mimosa with a choice of cranberry juice, orange juice, ruby red grapefruit juice, lemonade or pineapple juice.  

With an emphasis on colorful dishes and whimsical desserts, highlights from Sugar Factory’s new lunch and dinner menu include The 24K Gold Burger meal, which is dripping in 24k gold leaves and served with gold dusted french fries and a 24K Gold Milkshake – made with Ferrero Rocher golden truffles, and topped with a gold draped chocolate glazed donut; Spicy Arrabiata Spaghetti, served with shrimp and a whole Maine lobster tail; the Shrimp Penne Alfredo with roasted garlic, lemon, basil and parmesan cheese; an 8 ounce Angus Filet, pan-seared and topped with garlic herb butter; and the South Beach Flair burger, an eight ounce beef patty topped with shrimp, plantains, applewood bacon, lettuce, tomato, chipotle mayo and chimichurri sauce. Plus enjoy a selection of stir fry options, like the Garlic Steak Stir Fry made with thinly sliced steak, bell peppers, cabbage, onion and carrots stirred in honey garlic sauce and served over steamed white rice. 

Sugar Factory classics, like the Signature Rainbow Sliders, served on colorful buns with American cheese, pickles, crispy onions, signature sauce and a complimentary rubber duck to take home, and the Flaming HOT Cheetos Burger, an eight ounce Angus burger topped with Flaming Hot Cheetos crusted pepper jack cheese, pickles, shredded lettuce, chipotle mayo and served on a Hot Cheetos crusted bun, as well as desserts like the restaurant’s fan-favorite Insane Milksakes – like Giggles Snickers Milkshake and the Nutella Banana Milkshake – are still available to order. 

Guests can pair these new offerings with Sugar Factory’s celebrity-endorsed smoking, oversized goblets – available with or without alcohol, like The Rock’s Soul Man, made with his Teremana Tequila; 50 Cent’s Candy Shop with Branson Cognac; The Cali Love Goblet featuring Kendall Jenner’s 818 Tequila; and Nick Jonas and John Varvatos’ Strawberry Cadillac Reposado Margarita made with Villa One Tequila.
